The trick in stardew is really just process process process, whether that be animal goods, crops, or even fish. Build up your machinery, you have a whole ancient fruit greenhouse which is awesome, kegging the whole thing will bring in over 4 million a year alone, which just goes to show what processing can do for you, let alone if you start building up some animals, or even just process crops you're planting straight on the farm.
