Yeah, the 2-3 includes that, you only really need one for the museum and sword as well as one for the movie theatre if you went cc and chose to use the shard as one slot.
Technically you never need to get a shard as you can forgo the sword and get a shard on level 10 of the volcano dungeon and use that for the museum, the only “required” shard.
