6. Usually I have everything needed to repair the boat by the time I complete the community centre so right after I complete it.
8-9. Year 2+
10. The second or third day after going to ginger island
14-15. Y 3+
25. I only did it once and it was Y 7 (first play through) and then I got close to it on another save in early Y3 but then I accidentally deleted the save.
That's how long it takes me in vanilla. Recently started playing modded stardew and now i don't rush stuff, prioritizing exploring new things added by the mods, so my progression's slowed down a bit in some aspects.
Also I skipped a lot of points on your list just because I don't remember by what time I complete them

All that "only once" was to do it as I was kinda close enough to Perfection to try (~50%). Sooooo not interested in that Perfection stuff any more, Farmer Bobbi would rather just jam with the fam and toss plush junimos at Emily when she isn't looking. If she's feeling extra playful, she'll dip one a little bit into one of the fishtanks first before the toss, fully knowing that Emily is taller and stronger and will inevitably end up sitting on Farmer Bobbi slapping said sopping junimo across her face for such insolence.

    2. Unlock the movie theater - don't remember the last time I did this, maybe sometime late year 1 for friendship?
    3. Level 10 in all areas - usually in the first few months
    4. Reach the bottom of the mines - early spring
    5. Complete Qi's challenge - usually I just stumble upon this one diving in skull cavern once secret notes unlock - if I remember to find the magnifying glass that is
    6. Full mastery - maybe a few weeks or a month after level 10 everywhere
    7. Unlock Ginger island - first couple months
    8. Fully unlock Ginger island - first year, often I rush the stuff I like then don't bother with some random bridge or repair until perfection
    9. Unlock the walnut room - first couple months
    10. Get all walnuts - same as fully unlocking ginger island, though being able to buy them means I don't procrastinate as much
    11. Reach the top of the volcano - as soon as I get to the island
    12. Get 10 million all-time gold - first year on my last play through
    13. Complete all special requests - oops, I don't think I've ever completed Pam's vodka quest
    14. Complete all walnut room quests - don't think I've ever completed the junimo kart quest either.....
    15. Build all obelisks - I really love warping around, but have a vendetta against the desert obelisk, so usually right before perfection for all of them
    16. Build the golden clock - usually right before perfection, maybe year 2 ish
    17. Craft everything - year 1-2
    18. Cook everything -late year 2 usually - I don't love friendship
    19. Ship everything -year 1-2
    20. Catch all fish - year 1
    21. Complete the museum - year 1 or 2 if I'm unlucky
    22. Read all books - Only ever did this once on my year 250 save lol
    23. Full hearts with everyone - late year 2
    24. Eat all stardrops - year 2
    25. Complete all achievements - don't think I've ever completed all the achievements since back in 1.4 over 7 years ago.....
    26. Reach perfection - year 2 ish, faster now that waivers exist
    27. Get 100 million all-time gold - earliest I've ever done was summer going crazy on gambling
