Ok so basically, the game takes some time to open (about 1 or 2 minutes) and when it finally opens i try to open any of the menus the game just stops responding, i've tried unistalling smapi, opening the game directly on the folder (that worked one time but then it stopped working) i don't know what else to do

Try uninstalling Stardew Valley, removing all files left behind, and reinstalling. It's a very quick install.
