Issue [HELP] Screen stutter in one save game file on Mac

I have a multiplayer save game file where the game stutters (seems like dropped frames) every couple of seconds. This started suddenly one day in Spring of Year 2 with no changes to the game file and neither of us doing anything unusual (I was walking in the Calico Desert and my partner was fishing.)

We are playing Stardew Valley Expanded with other mods but I am trying to do initial troubleshooting and don't believe it's necessarily a mod issue.

The game looks/runs normal on my partner's computer. If I open other save files on my computer (same mods) they do not have the glitch.

I've tried opening the file in singleplayer mode.

I've tried restarting Steam and my computer.

I've turned Vsync on and off.

I've tried running in every possible visual configuration (windowed, borderless windowed, fullscreen.) Nothing makes any difference.

My system specs:

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

I actually think I found the culprit- I was able to load an older game file and traced the issue to placing a yogurt jar from the Artisan Valley Mod. If I don't place the jar, I don't get the stutter.

Spoke too soon...the glitch is back and no yogurt jars in sight. Here's the SMAPI log.
