Heya! I just bought Stardew Valley for Christmas on Steam, and at first it ran great, then I had screen-tearing problems, so I tried to modify my already modified NVCP settings (I didn't bother to remember my previous settings that only caused screen-tearing), and just decided to restore default global settings out of frustration. To my surprise, it fixed the screen-tearing, but then the stutterings began. I tried setting affinity and priority settings, didn't work, tried setting compatibility settings, didn't work, and I'm tired of tinkering with the NVCP, anybody have a good permanent fix?
P.S. pls don't say "Just buy a new laptop," because I won't.
Specs (dunno if this matters, but i hope it help):
