iOS HELP! My Tool… vanished!

I’m playing on my iPad and well into my 2nd yr and I noticed after the stardew valley fair that my hoe was missing and its been a week in game and still nothing, I thought I would try and trash my scythe as I use the other one from the quarry cave and it came back next to the bed and a note but still no HOE! There’s also no lost and found in the mayors house. I really don’t want to start again any ideas how to get it back.

thanks for replying I have checked EVERYWHERE and no luck and have since started again but i do check the other game too just incase it somehow reappears… has dampened the game play for me a bit but at least I can start again and hopefully do better this time.
