Windows [HELP] Major lag issues. I can't pick things up and can't open chests when the lag happens.

My fps is fine; my internet connection is fine, but I have this issue whenever I play. I hop on the server, everything is normal, and then suddenly lag happens I can't pick up things but my friends can see and pick up the items I've dropped. Anytime we sleep on my screen I see 4/4 and they see 3/4 waiting. Please help
