PC [HELP] I need help(too big screen)

This is what I see when I launched the game.
no buttons, no 'x'button(because this is the full screen status), I can't stop the game until I use steam overlay.
I already tried this method( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=633083055) But it won't work. What can I do?
This is my first time playing stardew valley. I don't want to refund it without playing.

I just posted with the exact same problem. I hope it was just a bug in the last update. I've been playing for years and never had a problem until today after it updated.

Edit: I changed the compatibility mode for "Stardew Valley.exe" to Windows 7. It still started like this, but "ALT" "Enter" let me change to windowed mode. After restarting it still worked. I quit and turned off compatibility mode and it still works.
