The first thing I can see in the log is a top section about "Suggested Fixes" which is all stuff that SMAPI reports as possibly outdated, that includes SMAPI itself along with several mods listed in that section). it is probably best *according to wiki) to update all mods and SMAPI, since this could be causing the other issues. I'd also read through the list of common fixes from the wiki's *mod troubleshooting guide here (bookmarking this page is a good idea):

I have now checked and fixed everything. but unfortunately I still don't have a deer. I downloaded this unofficial update from Paritees Better Farm Animal Variety (BFAV) Mods and placed it in my Mods folder. then I downloaded the BFAV Deer and put it in my mods folder :(. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

No worries, sometimes some stuff has to be fixed a little bit at a time, then the log re-uploaded and rechecked to see which errors resolved and which stayed, because that can sometimes help to narrow down the remaining issue (that's not necessarily a bad thing). Some things might take a few rounds of fixing, and that's okay.

Since the game saw two copies in two different locations (highlighted above) of "Paritee's Better Farm Animal Variety" I'd remove both of those in both locations and reinstall carefully, only in the location its mod documentation says to, then try running and then re-uploading the SMAPI log into the log parser again and pasting the link here please, since it may give new/different error information to help figure it out, thanks!
