Solved [HELP] Game does not run -Help on Windows10

Please ,im spanish user the game not able to run I maded the followings steps ( taking from steam discussion ) and cant still solve my issue:

1.-Verify integrity of files ( not work ).
2.-Run as administrator ( not work ).
3.-SMAPI log ( Folder %appdata%\StardewValley\ErrorLogs not exist )
4.-Check Your Speakers & Headphones ( not work ).
5-Disable Compatibility Mode on Steam ( not work ).
6-Install DirectX 9.0c ( reinstalled and not work ).
7- Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 ( reinstalled /repair and not work ).
8- Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 / 2008 Redistributable( not work ).
9- Deleted Startup preferences file for Appdata/Roaming/Stardew Folder (This file does not exist on my Appdata game folder )

Please anyone could help to me please I cant launch the game yet !

What do you mean by "not work"? Did the verify integrity process not work (if not what was the error)? Or did the verify work but your game still does not work after doing that?

Sorry Im Spanish and my english is low level, I mean with steam realize the integrity process of the game files and were ok but the game cant run for the first time that I bought. Tomorrow I'll reinstall windows maybe I think the issue is a damaged DLL file, after reinstall my operative system I'll inform again about the game if works correctly or not. Thanks

One or more of your DLL is broken.

Reinstalling windows system is not the best solution, you just need to find out which DLL file is broken (check threads how to do it) and restore it, or get it from your other computer or from users you trust.

Posting a section of the error is not usually enough for folks here to help, please upload full SMAPI log, instructions on how to do that here:

That's okay, no worries. Before you go to the length of reinstalling windows, please upload a proper SMAPI log, the link gives instructions how to do it. The full SMAPI gives missing information to help.
Since you mentioned SMAPI, I assume you are using mods. Sounds like this is actually a mod support request, which usually belongs in the mod support forum, so reading the mod support sticky might be helpful too:

Sede can't provide it, because with this error SMAPI doesn't write a log. This is an issue with DLL files in system, not mods.
But request should still be in the mod support forum if the user is using SMAPI. :)

Ah, yep you're right, I figured since some SMAPI log information was copy/pasted that there was access, I was going too fast, my bad and my apologies.

Good morning to all, I have good news after reinstalled Windows and Steam the game works correctly and I can play without any issue. Maybe some DLL library were damaged or corrupted and for these reason the game could not be initialized fine. Anyway I appreciate too much for your support and time. Thanks so much
