Mobile [HELP] Freezing on saving..

So I've been spending about an hour and my game keeps freezing and closing out when I try to save it, so no progress is being made, and I'm trying to get from the introduction to the actual first day with no luck.

Is there anyway to fix this?
I really want to play, and it's just not letting me. :(

I'm tired of having to re create my character.

How far into the game are you? What platform are you playing on? Is it modded?

PS4 SDV is running perfectly with no bugs (least mine is) you on console?

I wasn't very far, trying to get to day 1.
It hasn't happened again since then.

Edit: Happened once right now, created my character and then just froze.

They're on mobile, you can check the thread's flair (at the front of the title) :)
