Windows [HELP] Error code: (0x8007042b) refusing to launch

I just downloaded on my PC and it's refusing to launch, I have tried everything. I have gone to Xbox support, gamer support, and now here. We have done EVERYTHING and I mean everything from uninstalling every app, to deleting every file, to force starting every file - I have downloaded this on every other device I own with zero issues and now it's just refusing to launch on my PC has anyone else run into this issue?

No, but after spending three days with support and trying everything they have fwd me to Stardew support as they think it's a corrupt file. I also messaged the developer on Twitter

I find this very strange, as all my friends who play stardew valley with me. Everyone has the same problem

I agree! I wish I could get an answer from someone over support of something! I just bought the game on PC and can't even use it

I did a clean format and it solved, I believe that another solution is to try to do a windows update with the option marked keep personal files

I tried to follow several standard Microsoft procedures to try to solve this error, but I didn't have the patience and did a clean format.
