You could check your journal, also I don't know if iridium milk stacks, so if you consumed it twice with cheats, it would repeat the effects.

It doesn't, it's just a one off check unlike stardrops, but cheating one in to test is rather annoying, and can't exactly be done on console platforms

I certainly know how annoying it is, I tried it once. I just thought I did something incorrectly.
