Switch Harvey's 2nd heart event problem

I said "George knows what's best for his own body" and they both responded like I had told George to listen to Harvey's advice. Tried it 4 times. 3 with the negative friendship dialogue and once with the positive (just to check that one wasn't messed up too) and they always respond positively. Is it BC I got the friendship 101 book? Or just a glitch like the loved gifts?

I've had the same thing happen to me on my last two save files. The playthrough before this one I clocked it, but chalked it up to user error - figuring I must have accidently misclicked on the wrong choice; however on this latest run I was incredibly deliberate about siding with George and it still gave the wrong dialogue in response.

This has happened at least the last 2 times I've played the scene. I'm playing on Steam for PC, with mods. I apologized with parsnips.

According to this thread: https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/george-dialogue-option-switched-switch.45902/ , it will be fixed in 1.6.16. No clue when that will be released. It's a pretty disappointing bug - another showcase of ConcernedApe's ableism problems. :/ He really should get a disabled consultant. I would say he should just listen to what disabled fans have been saying, but based on his attempt at "fixing" the ableism in the Penny two-heart event, he clearly doesn't get it. (He still seems to think the issue is Penny "assuming George wanted help", rather than her physically assaulting him by shoving him out of the way... Like, imagine if you were having trouble reaching something on the top shelf at a grocery store, and a tall person came over but instead of just helping get the item for you, they pushed you to the ground first.)
