They can be found from the beginning of the game. I tend to find rare seeds every Friday and Sunday that I visit the cart from the beginning of Spring to the end of Summer. Usually there's just 1 seed for sale, but I have occasionally found 5 (like once a year, but I often forget to check).
In Fall and Winter it's rarely up for sale.

Yep, you just have to go during Summer and Spring when they're offered as 'special' stock and appear every week, as opposed to fall and winter where they only appear as a random item (like any other good)

Upgraded the house with at least the expanded corner room to get my sweat Pretender his own writing corner (don't get it why he hasn't a writing desk in his own room like he had in his cabin btw...) and some space for all the legendary fish, which are not living in a fish pond... And I see, I need a few more mannequins for a spring and fall outfit...

The updated bedroom/dressing room is a total vibe now, too, though I don't know how I'd feel sleeping in the dark with a bunch of mannequins

They're not haunted anymore (two of them were, I got them dropped from Skulls), I wouldn't stand Mannequins strolling around the house and changing my Outfits...

I mean even non-haunted they're a little off-putting, haunted mannequins are something else entirely

Oh I see... Yeah, Idk if I would like it irl, but I now find it practical. Didn't use them from the beginning, but once I got my first from a haunted Skull, I just tried...

I really like the way you've decorated the north bedroom expansion or the dinner room on the left. Until now, I've always thought that these two extra rooms were kind of too much, but you've really set a new light for me on those, now. I'll consider them for my next farms.
