A few months ago me and my friend wanted to play some modded stardew for the first time, and for about 2 weeks it worked out no problem. (my smapi took a while to launch fully but i was cool waiting a few minutes) Then one day it just started opening like normal, the smapi was running through all its code on the little pop up window, but it took almost an hour to just get to the start screen of the game. Then I actually gave up trying to connect to my friends farm about 45 minutes in.
I tried troubleshooting and opening stardew with no mods, and the same thing happened, it took almost an hour to open and maybe 30 minutes to load into my own save. (it’s definitely way worse with the mods tho) Why is this happening?? any fixes??
