ok so this is a weird one i've post this on steam to bc it could be steam messing up not the game
my panter just bought the game (they where useing my copy with family sharing) and its not downloading??? like it was already on the computer but now when they press play it come up with a pop up saying
"an error occurred while updating stardew valley (missing executable):
c:\program files (x86)\stream\steamapps\common\stardew valley\stardew.valley.exe
then a link to the steam support site
ive already try all the ways to fix it on the site but the weirdest part is when i go to the file for stardew valley there is nothing it fully blank like ive said we play it on this pc befor the shoud be sothing there when i trying uninstalling it and downloading it, it will take 2 secont to "download" but the same error will occur idk what esle to do but i kmow if anyone has any iders we will try them
ps we dont have any wifi we use dater hotspots but i have download outher game using my hotspot and its been fine
