Xbox Game keeps crashing

I was genuinely excited to enjoy christmas off and play stardew valley. I'd been looking forward to it. Now my game is unplayable. Legit sad.

Literally planned on doing the same. Enjoy my Christmas off, playing stardew, but my game is also unplayable. My husband's game is fine though. That's just my luck I guess. Still so mad about it though

Shed for me - tried refiling kegs and dehydrators and it crashed. Changed my route a few times, nothing helped, had to avoid the shed but it crashed when I went to bed which means no Stardew until this resolves . First time I had such a problem and I play both Xbox (series S - where I found the problem) and PC so all hail ConcernedApe .

I'm on the xbox one, just got a new update to the game and every time I play it keeps crashing at the same spot. After collecting my crops and going to my storage shed it keeps crashing. I did the same routine the first two times and it crashed when I opened a chest in front of my shed. The third time I changed the routine and played for a bit longer but as soon as I approached the shed it crashed again. I had a speed boost on every time. I've been noticing the game lagging ever since the 1.6 update but now it just freezes and crashes at the same point no matter my routine

It sounds like the whole world is experiencing problems with the xbox game since they force fed the new update yesterday. Looks like we will have to find something else to do until they roll this back. It sure does not sound like a bug fix with the prevalence of issues being reported. They just need to undo what they did.

looks like they’ve released an update. Just updated and tested. Can now interact with the Jam Preserver!

And now we're back to waiting on an actual patch to fix the many bugs and issues that remain. After the patch to fix the patch that broke the game lol

I play on xbox one and the whole game was running smoothly until this new update. Now I can’t pick up any crops from my dehydrator or window barrels without it crashing. So annoying. I hope they fix it soon.
