Xbox Game keeps crashing

I'm on the xbox one, just got a new update to the game and every time I play it keeps crashing at the same spot. After collecting my crops and going to my storage shed it keeps crashing. I did the same routine the first two times and it crashed when I opened a chest in front of my shed. The third time I changed the routine and played for a bit longer but as soon as I approached the shed it crashed again. I had a speed boost on every time. I've been noticing the game lagging ever since the 1.6 update but now it just freezes and crashes at the same point no matter my routine

Series S here. I've un-installed and re-installed, switched farms, slept again immediately to change the day, and tried various routines (solo and co-op). Crashed on taking wine in cellar, picking up honey, using dehydrator, using random items.

Series S here. uninstalled, re-installed, made new farm, restarted xbox, cleared local save data. anytime I talk to willy or fish, it still crashes. there better be a patch ASAP

Same here on co-op Everytime I try to harvest wine it crashes so we decided to make it an early day to see if that would fix it and it crashed. It's unplayable

Your frustration is absolutely valid and I totally empathize with you. Unfortunately you're going to get a bit of pushback in this community for voicing anything they deem "negative", even when it's simply reasonable frustration. Best to just let it all roll off the shoulders

Xbox series X, game has been laggy and now crashes every time I try to harvest preserves jars. So much for binging SDV during staycation, womp womp :(

I'm gonna go sob to my chickens if my fish smoker doesn't stop crashing the game. It's winter and artesian goods are one of the only ways of getting gold, and I'm currently on round 4 of game crashes

I’m on Xbox series s and every time I try to harvest wine from my shed it crashes my game.

1. Rest immediately - Game crash
2. Wait until 2am - Game crash
3. Bombed EVERYTHING - Game crash
4. Multi-player Game - Game crash
5. New player game... Works...

I was 3 fu...dging things from completing the God da...rnded perfection....

So I've tried everything to get past the crash but any interaction will cause the crash. I tried to sleep immediately upon loading in to pass the day and it still crashes.

Im on Xbox 360 and every time I try to collect my preserves the game crashes or if I go talk to Willy :/ please fix

I’m glad I’m not the only one who keeps crashing. I’m able to do certain tasks like go in the coop/barn, the only problems I’ve found so far is I can’t sleep or open shop inventory like to buy Willy’s new fishing gear because the game just freezes and closes. I’m really annoyed because I’ve read highlights of the new update and really want to play the game.

I've had the same issue yesterday. I thought it was just me. I couldn't sleep to end the day, couldn't use the kegs or anything without it crashing. This has completed devastated me as this is my all time favourite comfort game and as in all my years of playing this game, I've never had this happen before. I hope it's fixed real soon so I can continue my story

Same issue for me. I didn't realise my console had done a sneaky auto update. Spent a day grinding in the harder version of skull mines. When I got to bed and press sleep game crashes.. thought oh that's unlucky.. did it all again. Went to bed and... Crash.. it's basically made it so I can't progress my game. Gutted

I'm on Xbox series X. The game has always crashed periodically when playing co op with my family, just something we delt with. But I recently started playing on my own (only like a week or 2 ago) and aside from the boarder of leaves when transitioning to different locations it's been fine. Tonight I loaded up the game, year 3, spring day 1. I got the cut scene for grandpa, then started my day. It seemed to be really lagging but still playable, I played half a day and then when I went in to one of my chest outside and hit add to stack, the game crashed. Loaded up again, did the grandpa cut scene again, went to the chest again, hit add to stack, game crashed. 3rd time I went to the chest, manually added what I needed to and exited the chest. Game didn't crash. 3rd times a charm right? Nope. Continued with my busy day as it's the first day of spring. Finished the whole day and went to bed....game crashed. Tried a 4th time, avoid the chest all together. Redid everything again, went to bed game crashed. Reloaded the game again for the 5th time. This time I didn't do anything. Woke up, went outside to initiate the grandpa cut scene AGAIN, went back inside, and went straight to bed. Game STILL crashed. I tried loading up my previous saves from before this last update and they don't even load game crashes immediately. I literally just played my current save less than 24 hours ago and also loaded into a previous save becuase I wanted to recall how I set up my shed so I could set it up the same way for my current one. Everything was fine then. Now I can't get through year 3 spring day 1 at all. I signed out and loaded up my husband's saves, and even the saves we have together.....all his stuff works completely fine..... I was just talking with my husband about how great this game is and how I love all the new stuff added for this update too. Now I can't even play it at all.

Same! Absolutely gutted. I just started playing again since the newest update. I just started year 3, spring day 1 and the game crashes every time I try and sleep to end the day. My husband's game is fine, but mine is completely unplayable now. I really hope they fix it soon.
