Windows Game freezes freezing with itself whole PC

Randomly without any apparent sign game freezes, if I click on the screen I get "Stardew valley is not responding" with options to either close or wait. I am usually playing while I have YouTube playing in background, browser is Firefox, platform Steam, I do not have any mods and drivers are up to date, 6600 xt + ryzen 3600 + 16gb RAM, keyboard + mouse, English language, 1.6.15 build 24356, single player, no mods
What I did so far:
  1. Reinstalled game
  2. Deleted local data in steam folder and then redownloaded game
  3. Verified files
  4. Disabled fullscreen optimization + allowed opening game with admin privilege
The issue happens seemingly regardless of location or what I do: two times in mines, one time when fishing, one time when in the fisherman's shop. Besides SW no games crash my PC like that, so I don't think the issue is related to hardware. Every time it happens the only option is to turn PC off through power button

I've tried to attach save files, but they can't be attached because they are not of supported formats

Ok, I've installed pirated version and it works flawlessly, probably will play it instead of steam unless I'll find some miraculous solution
