Why aren’t these fruit trees growing?

I think the Paths are preventing the new Trees from growing as the Trees need a 1 block gap all the way around them. I'll guess that the previous Trees were grown before the Paths had been placed? Just take the Paths out until the Trees are fruiting (full grown) and then replace the Paths.

Lew Zealand is right. Anything on the ground be it pots, weeds, forage,grass or paths can interrupt growth. It can be problematic if your trying to grow bananas and mangos in the ginger patch on ginger island as well

It absolutely is the path that's been placed. Remove that until the trees are grown and you'll be fine.
