Friend going on vacation and cant play

so im hosting a world with 2 other people, 1 of them are going on vactaion and me and the other person want to play. i was wondering if the friendship level would go down for the player not there, for the npc they are going after.

Nah, basically everything for them will freeze, tools they’ve requested won’t be ready when they come back, friendship stays stagnant, etc.
