Windows Fishing and mining skills are stuck at 9, and combat is stuck at 8.

not leveling up, even after buying books or changing profession. been fishing, mining, and fighting, but still cannot level up these skills. I'm on my year 3. Please help. cannot fully enjoy the game because of this. not using any MODS.

It takes a very long time to get the last levels. It takes almost 5000 XP to get to level 7, and then another 5000 XP to level 9, and again 5000 to level 10.
