Finding game seeds

I've been getting into min maxing and I want to find game seeds with certain things within them, like rain days and dish of the days, and I know you can use predictors to filter through game seeds but I don't know too much about coding. I'm curious about any resources out there to learn how to use them to filter for game seeds with certain requirements.

The tools for doing so are a bit convoluted, but there are communities that have really skilled people and repositories of already preexisting seeds that are used in minmax runs on differing versions, if you want to shoot me a message on the forums I'll send you some invites.
