Finding game seeds

Hi I've been getting more into min/maxing and have been running into the problem of finding good game seeds. I know that there are tools out there to brute force filter game seeds for certain requirements but I don’t know how to use them, and I'm curious if there are any videos or explanations of how to use them because I haven't found any. I want a seed with a decent amount of rain through spring, Leah in the desert festival, and a bookseller with a combat quarterly before the desert festival.
