I'd have a maple grove for maple syrup under the fish pond.

I don't see much point in making a lot of maple syrup as its biggest usefulness is for making bee houses. Once mystic trees come into the picture, the profit from maple syrup seems insignificant. Tapping the two ordinary maples that grow at the bus stop would give me more than enough maple syrup if I decide I need more of it after replacing the maples in the mushroom log grove.
