First of all try updating your mods first
| 19:10:21 | ALERT | SMAPI | Better Artisan Good Icons for SVE 1.2.0: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/9372 (you have 1.0.0) |
| 19:10:21 | ALERT | SMAPI | Happy Birthday 3.15.2: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/520 (you have 3.15.0) |
| 19:10:21 | ALERT | SMAPI | OhoDavi's StardewValley Anime Mods 1.5.0: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1839 (you have 0.5.0) |
| 19:10:21 | ALERT | SMAPI | PPJA Artisan Good Icons 1.0.2: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/7604 (you have 1.0.1) |

Everything is updated as of right now. I have had a problem for a while with SMAPI telling me that Better Artisan Good Icons, OhoDavi's Portraits and PPJA Artisan good icons need updates, even though I have the most recent ones downloaded from Nexus.

You definitely had to update only Happy Birthday mod. :) Other mods just have the wrong versions in the manifest.json, so that's why SMAPI asks for update.
