First of all try updating your mods first

Everything is updated as of right now. I have had a problem for a while with SMAPI telling me that Better Artisan Good Icons, OhoDavi's Portraits and PPJA Artisan good icons need updates, even though I have the most recent ones downloaded from Nexus.

You definitely had to update only Happy Birthday mod. :) Other mods just have the wrong versions in the manifest.json, so that's why SMAPI asks for update.
