PlayStation Duplicate help wanted quests

The exact same quest was placed on consecutive days, so I have two in the log. One with two days left, and one on the final day. The quest is to slay 3 ghosts for the wizard. I didn't go to the mines, so can't know if both would be completed by killing 3 ghosts, or 6 would be needed. Or for that matter if both can be completed.

This isn't a bug as I don't think having similar quests is unintended, you're just rather lucky.

The same ghosts would have also counted for both quests, nice two in one.
