Xbox Disappearing Spouse

I play on Xbox Series S and ever since the recent update I've noticed Abigail will permanently disappear anytime she leaves the farm. Even past 11:00, she doesn't return and I can't find her doing her normal routine. I don't know whether this happens with other spouses unfortunately, but all other characters have been acting as normal for me.

This is also happening on my Switch game! Only after the update. I first noticed when my spouse (Elliott) was missing from bed, but then would be there the next morning.

Furthermore, Elliott will leave the house around 8:30am and then POOF totally dissapear (not walking anywhere, can't find in the map at all). This only happens some days.

I have not discerned a pattern yet, but perhaps the days where he disappears are the ones where he is missing from bed the same night.

Exactly what is happening to me. Although, Abigail has begun reappearing on certain days, but like you said, I have found no pattern yet. I would guess something in the code is completely deleting the spouse for whatever reason until everything resets upon a day change.


Edit: Check that, I actually have found a pattern, it's definitely whenever she normally goes into town, but idk why it doesn't happen every time when she leaves.
