Deluxe Scarecrow recipe

I accidentally destroyed two of my eight scarecrows and have purchased replacements. After more than a complete season I still have not got the recipe for the Deluxe scarecrow. It is all I need for 100%. How long does it usually take to get the recipe. I am playing on a Galaxy tablet

Sometimes the night market sells rare crows. I’m not remembering which ones but it might be worth a shot.

Also there is now a little black crow next to old man canoli in the secret woods that sells accidentally trashed hard to obtain items. It’s there all the time. Worth a shot too.
