Windows Dehydrator recipe not appearing in crafting menu (v1.6.15)

[kkugoni]

Version: 1.6.15 (PC)
Farming Level: 10
No mods installed.

The Dehydrator recipe is not appearing in my crafting menu.
I have leveled up farming long ago and tried gaining more farming XP and sleeping, but it still does not show.

Is this a bug?

Hi.
The Dehydrator recipe can be purchased at Pierre's General Store.
