Hi!
Is anybody else having problems with disappearing items when playing on mobile (iOS)? I’ve tried searching online but only seem to find info related to crafting bugs/disappearing items for nintendo switch players or when using the sewing machine.
Short summary:
-crafting floor tiles
-items disappearing from chest (refined quarz, coal, iridium ore, clay, possibly something else)
-iOS 18.6.2
-Stardew valley v1.6.15 build 24354
-single player
-no error messages
-no external keyboard/mouse
-unfortunately having trouble attaching save file but will try again
This has happened before but until yesterday I thought I accidentally threw stuff away or sold them. Finally caught it in the act. For me this seems to be occurring after crafting and this time specifically crafting floor tiles.
First I bought the crystal floor recipe from Krobus and crafted some tiles. I only crafted perhaps 2 floor bundles (5 pc each). A couple minutes before the floor crafting I (unrelated) put iridium ores into the smelter to make some bars. The day after all my refined quartz was gone (>300 pc) as well as >300 iridium ores and a similar amount of coal, that is the same stacks I used while crafting and adjacent to crafting. I’m pretty certain I put the resources back into my chest (big chest) before going to bed. I’m also not using any workbench but craft on the go. I didn’t restart the day since I realized this too late, also I wasn’t completely sure if I maybe just accidentally sold everything so cut my losses. To confirm if it was a bug or not I did however try crafting some other tiles (bought recipes from Robin) and sure enough it happened again. This time I did reset the day though since I checked my inventory before continuing the gameplay.
Is this a known bug? Are there any workarounds? As of now I won’t be crafting any tiles but also don’t want to accidentally lose anything else if it affects other crafting recipes.

Small update:
This sort of resolved itself, partly anyway. I found the lost items, but in another chest. They didn’t spawn in there immediately because I checked all the chests when I lost everything earlier but somehow here they are now.
