1.6 Update Crafted every item, no trophy?

Stuck on what I’m missing exactly… I’ve got the option to see how many of each I’ve crafted and checked through it multiple times, I was pretty sure I had every recipe in the game but maybe not? Playing on PS5 so I can’t use any other trackers besides in game. Tried saving and starting a new day and even restarting the game, genuinely confused.

Just checked through them again and then once more for good measure and everything is crafted at least once Qi’s perfection tracker says I’m still at 99% Maybe I need to craft everything again?
