Good Day all.
Thank you for taking the time to look this over.
I had been playing Stardew Valley this past summer. My husband wanted to join me in it as well, as a new player. In game we were headed to have a spa soak on a snowy wintery evening in game. I entered that portion of the map before he did. and for whatever reason he triggered the Dark Talisman cutscene, and I did not get it. I did receive magic ink and the dark talisman, but the witch's area is not opened up for me.
I had tried to go into my save file and rename some "true" to "false" and nearly broke it.
I am willing to go in and edit the code. I am willing to get my hands under the hood on this. I am trying to get back to a state before he triggered that. I want to be able to do the quest on my own.
I use a Mac (15.7.2) and he runs a recent arch linux (16.8.2) install.
Has anyone got any ideas?
