Change portraits back to normal

I have the mod for changing the batchelors to female but not sure how to change them back to male sprites and portraits again? I can't remember which mod I used at all now.

You should be able to go into the folder of your mods and see their names and one with that purpose should be pretty obviously named. You can then look it up on Nexus or wherever you got it and see if it has any special instructions.

Generally the way to undo most mods is: Trash or sell any items it gave you that aren't vanilla (probably none in this case, I suspect), and remove the mod. then run your game. Sometimes if there's a change to maps you need "reset terrain features", but again that doesn't sound like it should apply. If it only changed them visually (portrait and name) then their heart levels should stay the same.
