Do you mind explaining how?yes you can.
oh, does changing the type of farmhouse crash the save file? You can change your Farm name by editing your game save files in a text editor. I've done this to change my Farm type (from Hilltop to Standard) and changing the Farm Name is much the same but you won't be able to do this on a Console thanks to restrictions, and doing it on mobile might be a big pain. Are you comfortable editing your game save?
If you edit the file properly then it's a simple change. And of course first you back up the Save folder so in case you don't edit it properly, you can just replace the non-working one with the original working file.oh, does changing the type of farmhouse crash the save file?
I am worried it will be risky.
I am rueful now I didn't choose standard farm at the beginning.
Yeah I'm on console so I suppose I can't change it.. I like my Farm name, I just dont want PlayStation Network thinking I'm posting a bad word every time I mention my innocent little Stardew Valley farmYou can change your Farm name by editing your game save files in a text editor. This is actually much easier than many people think to, as it's only attributed to a single line in the save file, so it only requires a lone edit and there is basically 0 risk so long as you aren't mucking around while you're at it (always make copies!)You can change your Farm name by editing your game save files in a text editor.
