Xbox Can’t fit screen onto tv multiplayer

Just did the new 1.16 update for my XBox One, started a new game with local co-op with my sister. We realized that nothing in the sides fit on our screens. I (player one) can’t see my full energy or any of the full text that appears on the left side, so I can see full conversations, and my sister (player two) can’t see her energy at all, or the full amount of money she has, can’t see the full day either.
we tried adjusting the screen size, and the smallest size doesn’t fix it. We still can’t see anything. We noticed we also can’t even try to adjust the screen size when she is in the game. I can only do that when I’m in it it alone. And resizing our stuff doesn’t work either. The image I added is one after we did the minimum resizing. We did not have this issue before the update.

My fiance and I are having the same issues. We have been playing for a few months now and haven't had the issue until this update. I hope concernedape can fix this issue. Id rather not have to buy a new TV over this.

I noticed for me it seems to just be a multiplayer problem too. I can play alone just fine :p
