Bulgarian Language for Stardew Valley?

Any idea if Bulgarian version is possible? I am willing to translate (even if I am the sole translator). I know modding is an option but I have no idea how to create mods and such, and people who might make use of the language may not know how to use mods.

There are also some websites specialized for translation software. I can't name any at the moment, maybe others can.... or just use the search engine of your trust.

I will look into it, although I was kind of hoping for an in-game thing, but I guess modding will be the way to go for now.
