Hi, stardew speedrunner here! I was doing a test run for a new marriage speedrun strategy I'm testing out and I found that I couldn't skip the grandpa year 3 review cutscene despite another runner being able to. The only difference I could see was language (I was using english, they were using mandarin) and so I switched to mandarin and now I could skip the cutscene!
I did some testing and it seems English, French, Korean, Italian, Turkish, and Hungarian are all bugged and cannot skip the grandpa farm review cutscene while every other language is able to. I'm using 1.5/the latest version of stardew. I'm hapy to have found this out during a test rather than a real run, and I hope it gets patched soon!
