Hello, I have been using regular tappers on my orchard of wild trees (maple, pine, and oak) and never had any problems. However, after switching to heavy tappers, one of my oak trees has turned into a mushroom tree in the fall. After looking online it seems that others have reported this issue with heavy tappers but it seems it's still a problem. Any help would be appreciated.
