Vanilla 1.5.4, PC, singleplayer When fall came, an oak tree with a heavy tapper changed to a mushroom tree. Since only untapped trees are supposed to have a chance at changing, I assume this is undesired behavior. Sorry, no screenshot as I didn't realize it was an issue until later.
