PC [BUG] Stuck Fishing Glitch

I've seen this glitch reported online before, but I can't find a solution. I just bought a new iridium rod. While I was trying to fish, it didn't show my arms moving (not sure if this is related to the glitch). After I caught a fish, I accidentally cast my line onto the dock, and now I can't move or open any menus. All I was able to do was enter the command to pause the game. Is there any solution to this?

This is a bug that the developers have been unable to reproduce. If you can find a way to consistently make this issue happen, it would be a big help in addressing the issue!

Okay, thank you. I'll play through the day again doing what I did before and see if it happens again.
