PC [BUG] Stuck at 6 FPS

Help... My frames are 6 fps on the title screen and in-game too, it only started doing that with the 1.5.1 update, I tried repairing XNA, didn't help, I tried setting higher priority on the game and removing Core 0 from the affinity, didn't help either... For some reason though, the title screen runs at normal if I don't have it in the foreground, if I have another application running in front of it I can see it running normally. Changing fullscreen/windowed doesn't help.
