Xbox [Bug] split screen, pass out makes you unable to sleep

1. Start split screen multiplayer
2. Player 2 passes out.

Expected behaviour:
Player 2 stays in bed until player one enters bed as well.

What happens:
Player 2 screen keeps turning black and on again. When player 1 enters bed it's stuck waiting till both players are in bed.

3. Player 1 passes out as well.

Expected behaviour:
Go to next day,both players half energy.

What happens:
Time freezes, both players have black fading in and out screens.

The only workaround: restart stardew.

We are playing on the Xbox version of Stardew Valley and experienced the same thing.
We found one way to progress through the game without having to restart. While player 2 is constantly restarting, have Player 1 stay up past 2AM. This will force the new day to start at a fee. We figured the fee was worth the cost given it meant the next day would come and we wouldn’t lose progress for that day.

Feb 2023 and this is still an issue, before I read this thread I tried to pass out also as player one and now we're in an infinite Loop because time is Frozen while you're inside the house this is definitely an issue for gameplay and needs to be resolved. On Xbox also btw

Still an issue. Only solution is waiting up until 2am.
