First time running the game (again) after doing a clean Windows 10 re-install. When trying to change the resolution, I got what you can see below.
My screen is a native 1920x1080. I was able to select the desired resolution and exit the game normally, so it's not game-breaking.
It looks like it might be related to the game running for the first time. I noticed that apart from this glitch in the menu I also couldn't enable the Steam overlay (alt-shift). After adjusting the resolution and restarting the game, Steam overlay now works and the options show as they should.
