Switch [BUG] Resources disappearing overnight

Post the latest update of the game on Switch, every time I farm Seaweed and Green Algae, it disappears overnight from the chest. I've tried this thrice already. Has anyone else faced this? Can you please look into and fix this?

I'm on version 1.6.15 build 11. The items in particular I'm confident have been going missing are river jelly, cave jelly, golden animal crackers, and all totems. I honestly thought I was going crazy but it's the totems that made me certain I was having items disappear

I have recently been having this same issue. My sea jelly and cave jelly also disappeared overnight as well.
