PC [BUG] New NPC has same name as my child

This is just a minor bug but the new NPC, Leo has the same name with my child in the game. After the update, I noticed that the picture for my child before became the picture of the new NPC in the friends list. I haven't even met the new NPC yet.

I also have 7 hearts with him when I look at my friends list. It seems that the child have been overwritten by the new NPC as when I talk to my child, the conversation icon would become X. Also, my child returned to Stage 3 even though we already achieved Stage 4 before the update.

Had the same issue in one of my savefiles. So far I have been able to fix it by editing the save file to change the name of my character's child.
