PC [BUG] Multiplayer not working on mac

Trying to load in to a co-op game with my partner who is on Mac, i am on windows. All was working fine two days ago but a recent update may have caused an issue. The invite code button does not appear for her to join my game. We have tried restarting, uninstalling and everything else known to man. Any help?

im having the same problem since today, every solution seems to be windows based or just too complicated.

my friend is also having the same issue. we play with three people and she is the only one who is not able to join in any way, she is also the only one who plays on mac.

I'm facing the same issue on mac since yesterday (8 june). I tried everything but nothing work...

Same issue here. My wife can load her game, but the game invite code does not appear. I also do not see "Join Game" as usual in Steam when I click her name. My son has this issue as well. Between the 3 of us, we are running both Mojave and Catalina.

This started at the same time as we had trouble with some other Steam games. When starting, they would request debug console access and would exit if I cancelled enough times. That seemed like an issue with the Steam Client, and it was resolved yesterday afternoon. Not sure if the SV issue is related, but they seemed to start around the same time.
